A.J.Associates is a Health care consultant group headed by
Dr. Pramod Pandit. He has been associated with Pharmaceutical industry
and his contribution spreads over last three decades in some of the
biggest names in Indian Pharmaceutical corporations. Before embarking
on a career in Consulting, Dr. Pramod Pandit was Vice President operations
for one of the fastest growing and diversified Indian Pharmaceutical
Company, IPCA Laboratories. Prior to this Dr. Pramod Pandit was a
Vice President operation with Chemox Group. Here he was responsible
for growth of organization and for all techno commercial activities
for bulk active pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Pramod Pandit had extensive hands on experience in transfer of technology
from European Countries in Fine chemicals and Bulk Drugs. He thus has
a rare blend of knowledge and expertise with that of controlling and
directing the entire gamut of business in active pharmaceutical ingredients.
He has enviable track record of his knack of building cohesive and motivated
teams with a single-minded focus in achieving the corporation's objectives.
Besides IPCA Laboratories and Chemox Group, his past work experience
includes Camlin Limited, FDC Limited, Indo Pharma Pharmaceuticals
and Indian Organic Chemicals.
All his experience is backed by a solid academic profile. He obtained
his graduation degree from Bombay University with Honours and a Ph.D.
from Department of Chemical Technology, University of Bombay to his
credit. He obtained a well-deserved training in advanced techniques
in gas chromatography and high-pressure liquid chromatography from
Perkin Elmer, U.S.A.
