2. Indo Pharma Pharmaceuticals Works Limited: Two years in Development, Quality Control and Commissioning of Bulk Drug plant. Produced Two Bulk Drugs after development in R & D laboratory. Introduced systems for quality control section.

3. FDC Limited: Ten years as in charge of Bulk Drug Plant at Roha and in charge of R & D laboratory at Mumbai. Developed and commercialized three bulk drugs to plant scale. Obtained US FDA approval for four products.

4. Tata Pharma Limited: One year as in charge of Bulk Drug plant and quality control adviser for Bulk Drug plant.

5. Camlin Limited: Four years as General Manager of Pharmaceutical Division, which included Bulk Drugs and Formulations. Developed and commercially produced Bulk Drugs, Food Product. Erected and commissioned Formulation plant as per WHO norms.

6. Chemox Group: Three years as Vice President of Bulk Drug and Intermediates plant. Erected, commissioned technology from Europe for Intermediate.

7. IPCA Laboratories: One and half year as Vice President Operations in charge of four plants manufacturing Intermediates for Exports and Local sale. I was a core team member for GMP in Bulk Drug Plant.

WORK EXPERIENCE AS FREE LANCE CONSULTANT:

Since 1996 Dr.Pramod Pandit hasbeen working as freelance consultant. Initially he worked as technical consultant dealing in developing new products for a reputed organization. His assignments revolved around Regulatory Affairs and approval of products by Regulatory Authorities. He was associated with many concerns and continue to do the same.

Dr. Pramod Pandit is also associated with a Private Limited reputed organisation based in UK with a sizable turn over. This concern imports Bulk Drugs, Intermediates and Finished Formulations from Indian concerns that are capable of obtaining approval from UK MCA. They then market these products all over the world. He help this unit in UK to obtain UK MCA approvals for units in India, that are their suppliers of products. He is their principal sourcing agent and auditor for quality for these units from India.
